When will Juvv Hire be available on the Shopify App Store?
We are actively building Juvv Hire and plan to submit it to the Shopify App Store soon. Sign up or reach out to be notified when it launches.
How does the careers page appear on my store?
Juvv Hire uses a Shopify theme app extension to add a careers page to your storefront. It inherits your theme's styling so it matches the rest of your store.
Where are uploaded resumes stored?
Resume files are stored securely using Cloudflare R2. Files are only accessible to you as the merchant.
Can candidates apply without creating an account?
Yes. Candidates can submit applications and upload resumes without needing a Shopify or Juvv account.
How do I get notified about new applications?
You will receive email notifications when a new application is submitted. You can also review all applications from the Juvv Hire dashboard inside Shopify.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us at support@juvv.app with your store URL and we will process your data deletion request promptly.
